I will clarify
His lawyer said Tinubu forged the degree certificate he submitted to INEC
He said the CSU docs and deposition have clarified it
But in truth, nothing in the docs or deposition conclusively confirmed forgery. Nothing
CSU doesn’t have a copy of the diploma they gave Tinubu. So they couldn’t say if they didn’t give him the INEC copy.
That case died there.
Atiku’s lawyer highlighted a discrepancy around the junior college transcript because the gender on it is F
This particular issue could be typographical as stated by CSU and since the admission letter was to a man then this finding is weightless.
The big issue is Lagos Govt College. It’s a patently dubious and indefensible claim. It feeds a heavy dose of suspicion into the controversy.
But. But. That document wasn’t submitted to INEC. So as fake as it may be, it can hurt Tinubu at the Supreme Court constituted by angels
Atiku has done well. He talked about how he rejected the Muslim Muslim idea in 2007 to debunk the notion that he was ungrateful to Tinubu. He said once he refused to run with Tinubu, Tinubu abandoned him.
But back to the real thing.
Atiku’s lawyer rightly said that the Supreme Court can admit new evidence under special circumstances. I agree. And the emergence of a fresh heavy evidence of criminality qualifies for as an exception so as not to allow a wrongdoer benefit from his wrongdoing.

Nothing so from Chicago has confirmed any of the documents submitted to INEC as fake.
Forged documents to INEC is the requisite smoking gun.
Atiku’s lawyer talked about NYSC certificate discrepancy. The certificate bears Adekunle instead of Ahmed. This will only be forgery if the parent copy doesn’t exist at the NYSC bearing same Adekunle.
The other argument could be that he has no NYSC certificate. Again nobody needs an NYSC certificate to run for an election in Nigeria
So what then is Atiku’s plan?
He said he would stop the fight if he loses in the Supreme Court in November
So his call on Obi, Kwankwaso and others to join him in the fight can’t be for a one month struggle.
Atiku has seized the initiative
He wants to use it to form a new coalition
The Obidients are momentarily in his trenches
He doesn’t want them to leave
